1. Booking Conditions
1.1. Booking Confirmation
The booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment. The client will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
1.2. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be subject to a 100% charge of the total amount.
1.3. House Rules
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Quiet hours: from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
An additional charge will apply for damages or violation of these rules.
1.4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m.
It is mandatory to complete the online check-in by providing the details of all occupants before arrival.

4. Tourist Tax
The mandatory tourist tax for anyone over 17 years of age is €1 per night per guest and is not included in the rental price. This tax is collected at check-in and applies for a maximum of 7 nights per guest
